Each year, KASA's annual conference features moments of inspiration. This year's lineup include the following:
- Patrick Henry Hughes will perform classical music and sing the National Anthem at the opening session July 16, 2008, at 5:45 p.m.
- Jarrett's Joy Cart. Conference attendees met Jarrett in 2005 and learned of his extraordinary efforts to make the world a better place. Attendees will learn more of Jarrett's work at the general session, Thursday, July 16 and have the opportunity to get involved. Be sure to visit the Joy Cart booth again in 2008 in the exhibit hall, July 16 and 17.
- Got Fred? KASA will present its first Fred Award during the closing session, July 18. The recipient will be honored through large screen video presentations, receive a $500 scholarship for the school program of his or her choice, and be saluted by South Western Communications, our program sponsor, and the real Fred, who will join us for the three day conference.
