KASA Member Named Counselor of the Year

KASA congratulates long-time member Barry Adams on receiving the Kentucky Counseling Association’s (KCA) 2007 Counselor of the Year Award during the KCA annual conference on October. The award symbolizes peer recognition of excellence both for professionalism on the job and for service to the profession as a volunteer leader. Counselor of the Year awards are presented in several categories. Adams was honored as the Secondary School Counselor.

Adams has been an active KASA member since 1998 and served on the board of directors.
