Eligibility
All active members of KASA are eligible to be nominated for the Tom Vest Award.
Award Selection, Notification & Recognition
Award winners will be selected by a statewide judging panel representative of all KASA members.
Nominators will be notified of nominee's award status in mid-June.
Award winner will be recognized at KASA's annual conference, July 16-18, 2008, at the Galt House Hotel & Suites in Louisville and presented a distinguished clock and a KLA or KLAA enrollment for the 2008-09 academic year, and be recognized in KASA's monthly newsletter and other appropriate media.
Guidelines
Award nominations may be submitted by any KASA member on behalf of a fellow member. Self nominations are also accepted. Note: The nominee must be an active KASA member.
Nominations must be submitted on the official application form.
Nominations may include a maximum of five pages (the two page application form and an additional three pages to further enhance the application.)
All applications not submitted in accordance with the stated guidelines will be disqualified.

All applications become the property of KASA. No material
will be returned unless requested by the nominator.
