Event Cancellation Policy:

From time to time, KASA must cancel events due to inclement weather or other emergency.  When an event must be cancelled, KASA will notify registrants as listed: 

1. E-mail to all registrants using the address provided on the registration form
2. Telephone call using mobile phone numbers, if provided
3. KASA receptionist or recorded cancellation message – Call (800) 928-5272 during office hours or dial extension 14 after office hours for a recorded cancellation message
4. KASA Web site at www.kasa.org  ~ Look for cancellation link
5. Twitter announcements posted to www.twitter.com/KASAEdleader

Cancelled events will be rescheduled. Registrants will be notified of the new date and given the option to remain in the session or opt out at that point.  If an event cannot be rescheduled, a full refund will be granted upon written request.
