Sherry Radford leads by example. Known for her generosity, compassion and selflessness, Radford is often referred to as the school’s Angel in Disguise. Colleagues say she is always early, often arriving at school by 6 a.m., and leaves late in the evening. When asked to implement 21st century learning skills in the classroom, establish the school’s STLP program, form a new club, head up a canned food drive for a local charity, or stay after school until the last parent arrives, Radford’s response is always, “Whatever it takes for our kids to be successful.”
