Attendee Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing (mail, fax, or email) no later than Monday, June 6, 2011. Requests for refunds cannot be honored if received after that date.

KASS will apply a $30 processing fee to all approved refund requests. (This reflects the cost of staff time to process the registration/cancellation and materials prepared on your behalf.)

All approved conference refunds will be processed after July 5, 2011.

Refunds are not granted for failure to attend (no shows), late arrival, unattended events or early departure.
Partners (Exhibitor/Sponsor) Cancellation Policy
