Attendee Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be received in writing (mail, fax, or email) no later than Monday, June 6, 2011. Requests for refunds cannot be honored if received after that date.

• KASS will apply a $30 processing fee to all approved refund requests. (This reflects the cost of staff time to process the registration/cancellation and materials prepared on your behalf.)

• All approved conference refunds will be processed after July 5, 2011.

• Refunds are not granted for failure to attend (no shows), late arrival, unattended events or early departure.

Partners (Exhibitor/Sponsor) Cancellation Policy

*Written cancellation is required to protect both KASS members and staff from the uncertainty and misunderstandings that may occur as a result of cancellations made by phone during a hectic work period.
