Member Involvement

KASA's strength is the involvement of its members, the basis of the association's ability to serve school administrators throughout the state.

Governance Bodies

You can have major impact on the association's policies and goals by seeking election in your affiliate or region to the KASA board of directors and executive committee. The KASA board of directors is comprised of four officers, one representative of each of the 11 KASA regions, and representatives of affiliate groups. A representative of the Kentucky Department of Education, the American Association of School Administrators, and the president of the Kentucky Association of Education Office Professionals serve as ex-officio members.

Committees

More than 130 members serve on KASA's working committees and offer countless volunteer hours to advancing the work of the association. The KASA president appoints committees from nominations submitted by affiliate and regional organizations, or you may volunteer to serve.

Input
