In order to receive any refund, a cancellation must be submitted in writing (mail, fax, or email), and must be received by KASA on or before Friday, July 6, 2007. (Requiring written cancellation protects both KASA members and staff from the uncertainty and misunderstandings that may occur as a result of cancellations made by phone during a hectic work period.)
Cancellations received by KASA on or before Friday, July 6, will be refunded in full, minus a $25 administrative fee. (This reflects the cost of staff time to process the registration/cancellation and materials prepared on your behalf.)
Cancellations received by KASA Saturday, July 7, through Friday, July 13, 2007, will be refunded at 50% of the registration fee paid. (KASA must order a guaranteed number of meals, beverages, and refreshments in advance of the conference. Those ordered for registrants who then cancel must still be paid by KASA.)
No refunds for no shows or cancellations received after Friday, July 13, 2007. Registrants will be invoiced at full conference rates.
