Research shows that next to the classroom teacher, the principal is the most important “ingredient” to ensuring high quality teaching and learning opportunities for every student, every day. We also know that the job of the principal has never been more complex due to increased standards and overwhelming demands. Through an honest and frank look at lessons learned, we will explore together ways that principals and other leaders manage the "hard" work and the "heart" work in an effort to support every student, every day.
