Booth cost: Register early to receive the early bird discount! All booths are $1,149 before April 30, 2026 and $1,349 afterwards.

What your exhibit booth includes:
  • 8' x 10' carpeted booth space with pipe/drape, 6' skirted table, and two chairs
  • Company name and booth number located in front of your exhibit space
  • Company contact info listed in the event program guide and mobile app
  • Security service from July 29 at 5:30 p.m. until July 30 at 7:15 a.m.
  • 24/7 assistance from KASA event planning team
  • Registration for one company representative (includes all activities)
  • Kickoff meeting for all exhibit partners prior to the opening of the exhibit hall
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi access in the exhibit hall
Booth Electricity Must Be Ordered Through the Hotel

Exhibitors will receive detailed information on how to order electricity for the Expo Hall for KASA’s Annual Leadership Institute once their registration has been completed. Not available for Galleria booths.

Exhibit Space Assignments

Exhibit space assignments are made primarily on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests will be honored based on partnership level, length of participation, and date registration/payment is received.

These are located in the main hall. The booth is a 6’ x 10’ area and includes the same items as a regular booth. No electricity is available in the Galleria Booths.

One of our most noted business/attendee programs in ALI history. Be one of 16 vendors in the dedicated exhibit hall area. Emceed by Jon Petz, school leaders will visit your booth to get their player card stamped and then come by the KASA Vault to claim their cash prize and enter for a chance to participate in one of the Showcase Games on Thursday during break times. Contestants can win prizes or CASH!.

  • Elevator Door Wraps: Maximize visibility with a high-profile advertising opportunity—an elevator door wrap! Packages include one elevator in each tower for $3,500 (two spots available)
  • Concurrent Education Sessions: Hold your own session on Thursday afternoon. Sessions will be promoted and listed in the program and mobile app. Deadline to register and submit information April 1. Limited availability for $2,500

Interested in having your own dedicated exhibit room and hosting your own breakout session? The Collins Room may be your marketing answer. The room seats 35 participants with plenty of room to spare for exhibits. Own the entire room and host three breakout sessions and a Lunch-N-Learn on July 30.
